XCell-Center Duesseldorf attains ISO 9001 certification

On December 16, 2009, nearly 6 months after it has gained clinic status, the XCell-Center attained its ISO 9001 certification.
Quality and safety of its patients and staff are the top priority at the XCell-Center. For this reason the managing board has implemented the ISO 9001 quality management into its operational processes.
A long-term commitment to the high standards of ISO 9001 quality management comprises the obligation to carry out and provide continuous education to its staff and to continuously sustain and improve quality standards. A revision of quality management standards takes place in the course of an annual audit by the TÜV Süd.
By implementing the ISO standards XCell-Center shows its excellence in safety and quality - for the benefit of its patients.
