Stem Cell Treatment Evaluations
Use this inquiry form to begin the treatment evaluation process. If you live closeby, you may also indicate your interest for an in-person evaluation at one of our clinics in Germany.
You should be aware that a single treatment starts at approximately €7,500 depending upon the disease treated and implantation technique(s). Treatment will not be covered by medical insurance. Treatment is only available at one of the XCell-Center clinics, either in Düsseldorf or Cologne, both in Germany.

- Fill out the form above, on the confirmation page is a link to your personal Medical Information Form.
- Click on the link on the confirmation page to open your personal Medical Information Form (MIF). The treatment evaluation will start once you have finished filling out the MIF.
- Your appointed patient advisor will get back to you with the treatment evaluation results or might call you to ask for specific information. When you have any question in the meantime, please contact your appointed patient advisor. His/her contact details are in the confirmation email
